product Features
High High-Temperature Tolerance
Recrystallized silicon carbide plate can withstand temperatures up to 1750°C. When used in high-temperature processing equipment, it effectively resists thermal stress and extends equipment life.
Corrosion Resistance
Recrystallized silicon carbide plate exhibits high chemical inertness and is resistant to corrosion by a variety of acids, bases, and solvents, making it suitable for equipment components in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
High Dimensional Accuracy
The silicon carbide plate utilizes CNC precision grinding and laser cutting processes to ensure dimensional tolerances within ±0.1mm, eliminating loose connections and misaligned installation.
product Customization
Custom Sizes
Recrystallized silicon carbide plate can be customized in lengths (100mm to 2000mm), widths (100mm to 1000mm), and thicknesses (5mm to 50mm).
Custom Shapes
We can customize rectangular, square, circular, and other special geometric shapes. Customers provide us with design drawings, and we'll cut the plates to your specifications.
Custom Holes
We can customize holes in the plates with diameters ranging from 2mm to 100mm, and shapes can be circular, square, or other special designs.
Custom Surface Finish
We offer sandblasting, polishing, or frosting, with surface finishes ranging from Ra 0.2 to Ra 1.6μm.
Custom Temperature Resistance
We can adjust the temperature resistance to meet your needs. Standard temperatures are 1750°C, while custom sizes can reach 1800°C or 2000°C.
Preparation Procedure
- Biomass sugar is dissolved in water to form a sugar solution with a concentration of 10-20%.
- Fine silicon carbide powder and boron carbide powder are mixed evenly, then the sugar aqueous solution is added while stirring, ensuring the sugar solution is evenly coated on the surface of the fine powder to form a wet fine powder mixture.
- Coarse silicon carbide powder, the mixed wet fine powder, and molding additives are combined and kneaded with water in a kneading machine to form a plasticized mud with a water content of 10-16%.
- The plastic mud is extruded into the desired shape of the wet blank using a vacuum extruder, and the green billet is obtained after drying.
- The green billet is sintered under protective gas, and recrystallized silicon carbide products are obtained after the sintering process.
